FACE Holds Equity Summit in Hawaii

Last Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, member organizations of the Transportation Equity Network launched a series of summits with high-ranking USDOT officials in cities across America. The first summit, held in Honolulu, was organized by Faith Action for Community Equity (FACE) and attended by transit officials, community organizers, and business leaders from across Hawaii and the country. TEN's Executive Director Laura Barrett was a featured round-table speaker at the event.
